Cafe Komodo has been part of the Prospect community for 20 years in 2024. With its eclectic mix of furniture, fixtures, plates, teaspoons and people, it is somewhere that anyone can find comfort, even our four-legged fur babies. The food is all made in-house with fresh local ingredients with many vegan and gluten free options. Recent upgrades include 3 brand new unisex toilets and a new commercial grade kitchen allowing for larger catered functions and events. These changes have not taken away from the local community spirit that Cafe Komodo is known and loved for.

Andrew and Bronwyn have been a part of the Komodo team since July 2018 and have brought their own little touches to this fantastic little cafe. They live locally in Prospect and were born and grew up in Adelaide. They lived in Macau SAR (China) together for around 12 years with Bronwyn remaining there for an extra 6. Having been regular visitors to the cafe, when the opportunity to purchase came up, there was no hesitation. It was a case of they loved it so much they bought the company.

Andrew and Bronwyn have 2 british bulldogs (Lady Daphne and Duchess Lilibet) @miss_daphne_my_Lady who you will sometimes see at the cafe.
